The property is let on a single agreement and all financial information provided is based on the property being rented by the same number of tenants as there are advertised bedrooms. If there are fewer tenants you will be allowed to skip the additional applicant details but you will be required to cover the full weekly rent and deposit between you. To complete the application, you will require for each applicant the following details and without these you will not be able to complete the process.

• Applicant and guarantors - full name, email address, contact number, home address and date of birth.
• Applicant only - image of student ID and course details.

You will have the option to skip an applicant through the application process. You will have to pay for the missing applicants as the total rent will not be changed.
